How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Important: Account Deletion is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • • All your profiles and profile data
  • • All conversations and chat history with Elly
  • • All documents and files in your Vault
  • • All health timeline data
  • • All uploaded medical records and documents
  • • All account information and settings

This action cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App - Apple & Android)

  1. Open the Mediphant app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings by tapping your profile picture.
  3. Go to "Profile Settings" for your primary profile
  4. Scroll down to find the account deletion section (Danger Zone)
  5. Tap on "Delete Profile"
  6. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears
    • If this is your only profile or if it is your primary profile, the dialog will warn you that deleting it will also delete your entire account and all associated data
    • If you have multiple profiles, deleting your primary profile will also delete all other profiles and all associated data
  7. Confirm the deletion by tapping "Delete" in the confirmation dialog
  8. Wait for confirmation - The deletion process may take a few moments.

What Happens After Account Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • • All your personal data is permanently removed from Mediphant systems
  • • You will be logged out of all devices
  • • You will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data

Note: Some anonymized metadata may be retained for security, debugging, and compliance purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
